I absolutely love using this blend of Lavender, Ylang Ylang and Bergamot. This always ensures a solid nights sleep and is my second best seller. It eases anxiety, reduces headaches, helps to soothe your nerves, relieves nausea, helps you to feel calm, increases feelings of positivity, soothes stress, increases confidence, improves mood, supports a good nights sleep. Following a prolonged period of high stress in my personal life, I have a tendency to wake up in the middle of the night with anxiety. My Cortisol levels tend to spike during the night which wakes me up, then my brain wonders why we are so worried because my body has just spiked this Cortisol and woken her up, so she then starts to look for reasons why…which results in that overthinking chatty brain that we can have in the early hours.
Including Sweet Dreams in to my evening routine has significantly reduced my middle of the night waking up. I spray the room spray on my pillow and around my bedroom, have a nice hot soak in the bath, followed by the body lotion, and I apply the roller ball to my pulse points. After that, I am well on my way to full and settled nights sleep. If I do still wake up, I reapply the roller ball and spray my room again with the spray and I am very quickly back to sleep
