This is a blend I turn to when I need a pep talk to boost me and keep me going. You will absorb the benefits of all of them either by smell, or by absorption through your skin.

This is a blend I turn to when I need a pep talk to boost me and keep me going. It’s great to use in the mornings. The zesty Peppermint, Lemon and Sweet Orange will wake you up so you can start your day alert and focused. I tend to have an energy slump in the afternoons and I lose focus. No problem if I’m at home and I can have a nap, however if I am work this is not an option. So I take the roller ball with me to apply to my pulse points to guarantee I stay focused and can carry on with my day.
